Each puzzle box corresponds to one domain and must be unlocked using teamwork, problem-solving, and wellness insights. Along the way, participants will reflect on their own self care needs, identify imbalances, and gain practical strategies to integrate into daily life. Come ready to play, connect, and leave with tools for thriving, not just surviving.
